Welcome to Logue LLC (“Logue LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Logue LLC provides professional business services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design
  • Website Hosting & Management
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google Business Profile Management
  • Social Media Management
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Digital Marketing
  • Advertising Management
  • Consulting
  • Other business services as agreed upon in writing.

All services are customized for each client and governed by the individual service agreement or proposal.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Monthly service plans are billed in advance.
  • One-time projects require a deposit before work begins.
  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee or the maximum amount permitted by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Automatic Renewals

Monthly service plans automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel recurring services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Projects already in progress remain billable for work completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Respond to requests for approvals promptly.
  • Supply required content, images, and branding materials.
  • Maintain ownership or licensing rights to all submitted materials.

Project delays caused by missing client information may extend project timelines.

6. Website Management

Website management includes only the services listed in the client’s selected package.

Unless specifically included, services such as:

  • Complete website redesigns
  • New page creation
  • Custom development
  • Third-party software licensing

are billed separately.

7. Marketing Services

While Logue LLC follows industry best practices, we cannot guarantee:

  • First-page Google rankings
  • Specific search rankings
  • Sales increases
  • Lead volume
  • Advertising performance
  • Social media growth

Marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

8. Social Media Management

Logue LLC may create, schedule, and publish content on behalf of clients.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Final approval of content (if requested)
  • Accuracy of business information
  • Compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations

9. Advertising

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or others are separate from Logue LLC’s management fees unless otherwise stated.

Advertising performance cannot be guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients own the final website content specifically created for them unless otherwise agreed.
  • Logue LLC retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, workflows, automation systems, and internal documentation.

Any licensed fonts, plugins, themes, stock photography, or third-party software remain subject to their respective licenses.

11. Hosting & Third-Party Services

Logue LLC utilizes third-party providers including, but not limited to:

  • Website hosting
  • Domain registrars
  • Email providers
  • Marketing platforms
  • Payment processors

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logue LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Confidentiality

Logue LLC will treat client information as confidential and will not disclose confidential business information except as required by law or with the client’s permission.

14. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Logue LLC reserves the right to display completed projects, logos, websites, and marketing materials within our portfolio and promotional materials.

Clients may request exclusion in writing before project completion.

15. Suspension of Services

Logue LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Fails to make payment.
  • Violates these Terms.
  • Requests unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical work.
  • Harasses or abuses Logue LLC personnel.

16. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Logue LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Logue LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

Logue LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
